2. Products & Pricing

NatureLifeWater offers purified natural spring water in 18.9-litre (5-gallon) bottles for home and office delivery. All prices displayed on our website are in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. We deliver Monday through Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm, with Sunday delivery available by appointment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. A valid delivery address and contact number are required for all orders.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery where available. Payment is due at the time of order unless a corporate or subscription billing arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

5. Bottle Deposit & Returns

Each 18.9L bottle carries a refundable deposit. Empty bottles must be returned in good condition at the time of your next delivery. Damaged, lost, or unreturned bottles will be charged at replacement cost. Do not attempt to refill or tamper with bottles, as this voids any deposit refund and may pose health risks.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or modify an order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

7. Quality Guarantee

All NatureLifeWater products are sourced from certified natural springs and undergo rigorous laboratory testing to meet international health and safety standards. We guarantee the purity and mineral composition stated on our labels. If you believe a product does not meet our stated quality standards, contact us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

NatureLifeWater shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or delivery in question.

9. Intellectual Property
